From humble beginnings, Chairman Jayson launched Breakthrough with one simple mission: to help more people build businesses, even with limited capital. Fueled by a passion to uplift families especially OFWs and breadwinners he introduced a system that empowered everyday Filipinos to start franchising without the usual barriers.
Standing strong beside him is Yzah Tiamsim, his wife and co-leader, whose dedication to operational excellence, compassion for clients, and strategic thinking continue to shape the heart of the company. Together, they are the power behind the revolution leading with faith, family, and the belief that every Filipino deserves a breakthrough.
From Vision to Revolution
With a starting capital of less than ₱50,000 and a heart full of faith, the founders launched the company with the belief that every dream, no matter how small, deserves a system that works. Today, that very system has helped hundreds of franchisees start their own businesses, many of whom began with no capital but succeeded through the company’s unique Consultancy Program and installment-based franchise offerings.
